How to efficiently work together towards tangible operational improvements for the network and safe & early performance progress ?
Collaborative processes started with disruption management. Untangling critical adverse situations needed the participation of all operational actors to collaboratively tackle such issues. It is an obvious statement that reinforcing the relationships between all aeronautical actors participates in the better understanding and acceptance of everyone’s constraints. CDM is experienced in many airports and has shown a strong potential. Can we take it further ? Can we go beyond Airport CDM towards the generalisation of the SESAR business trajectory in which the airspace users & the ANSP define together the optimal flight path ? Agenda highlights The main objective of this seminar is to hear the voice of DSNA’s customers & partners about extensive CDM possibilities. All presentations will be short to allow maximum feedback from attendance.- CDM & Disruption management, taking it a step further
